Early in our business venture Weebz Welding was recognized for our unique talents and innovations. The identity of the business took the role of research, development and prototyping for unique clients. These customers and projects range from nuclear submarine to face masks for bull riders’ safety helmets, as seen on television. Our projects routinely  include parts for by NASA and it contractors and underwater exploration companies whos tooling used in the depths of the seas.
More specifically, in February of 2004, one such task included working on a project competition to design and build a functioning “Drone Catcher.” This item was to be utilized by the U.S Air Force to capture a highly classified drone in flight by another aircraft.
In December 2006, we were recognized for our rare titanium welding capability, and were invited to do the welding portion of a hydraulic actuator for a nuclear submarine as it waited in Pearl Harbor to receive the part. This actuator opened and closed an egress door that would allow Navy Seals to leave and enter the submarine from an underwater point of access. We were required to pass a stringent Titanium Welders Qualification on 3/8 inch titanium plate.
Being a former NASA welder, we routinely work closely with NASA design and weld engineers on several unique projects, one of which would be a prototype framework for a new lunar rover. Most recently we were engaged in a joint venture with NASA / Caterpillar as we performed fabrication and welding on a remote console for the purpose of  an unmanned dirt moving bulldozer type of equipment for the surface of the moon. In March of this year Weebz Welding was invited by NASA to be on the production and planning team for the manufacturing of the Waste Water Recycling System used in the International Space Station. This year NASA will launch its Alpha Magnetic Spectrometer. In 2002, Weebz Welding was hired to manufacture the mock-up for the AMS to be utilized at the Neutral Bouncy Lab for the purpose of astronaut familiarization training.
We have worked for Oceaneering Underwater Exploration with the welding of various types of subsea tooling. These tools include subsea sonar for seeking new oil fields and tooling used to cut and splice cables.
Weebz Welding has worked closely with Bull Tough to redesign their titanium face mask for professional and amateur bull riders, in which we worked with Southwest Research to develop safety testing standards that were later adopted by ASTM as national safety standards.
We have been involved in a joint venture with Southwest Research and the U.S Army to fabricate a mobile fuel depot for war-zone environments which included welding of racks and fixtures to facilitate tools and equipment utilized in fuel line mobilization and repair.
In August of 2003, we were commissioned by an artist/art professor from The University of Texas, Stephen Daly, as a consultant and as a potential manufacturer of the Texas A & M Bonfire Victims Memorial. This developed into an ongoing relationship in which we continue to work with him as we weld his contemporary art sculptures.
We routinely work with area businesses in the production of Department of Defense hardware used by all branches of our U.S. military. Items range from weapons systems to aircraft parts and ground support equipment.
We are currently involved in the manufacturing of a prototype of an electric car as well as working with Homeland Security in the design and development of weapons security system. Two of our main clients are EPMP of Seguin and Hydraquip of Houston. Through EPMP we aide in the manufacturing of air conditioner parts used by Wal-Mart in their Green Environment Units, which have been placed on every Wal-Mart in the world. With Hydraquip, we build skids for their Hydraulic Power Units used in oilfields all over the world.  We have also recognized the importance of having our own product line. This year we will build and sell our commercial line of fitness equipment that we have spent years designing.
